Refund Policy

At BIGREASON LLC we are committed to providing high-quality television repair services. We value your trust and aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every service provided. Below is our refund policy:

1. Diagnostic Fees

  • Diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable, even if the repair is declined or the issue cannot be resolved.

2. Service Guarantee

  • We offer a 30-day service warranty on all completed repairs.

  • If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will re-examine and resolve the problem free of charge.

  • If we are unable to fix the issue after multiple attempts, you may be eligible for a partial refund, based on parts and labor.

3. Non-Repairable Devices

  • If a TV is determined to be non-repairable after diagnosis, the customer is responsible for the diagnostic fee. No further charges will apply.

4. Cancellations

  • Cancellations made before technician dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.

  • If cancellation occurs after technician arrival or during service, a service call fee will apply.

5. No Refunds for User-Caused Damage

  • No refunds will be issued for issues caused by physical damage, water damage, or electrical surges after the repair.

6. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
